Subscription Policy

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By enrolling in our Social Media Services program's Monthly Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Charges:

• Your subscription incurs an initial and recurring payment charge at the current subscription rate.
• You accept responsibility for all recurring charges, including any processed by IGBS Solutions after your payment card's expiration date, until cancellation.

2. Automatic Renewal:

• For subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, IGBS Solutions is authorized to periodically charge your chosen payment method without further authorization.
• This authorization continues until you provide prior notice to terminate or change your payment method, with such notice not affecting charges submitted before IGBS Solutions reasonably could act.

3. Automatic Monthly Renewal:

• Your subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly periods.
• Your payment method will be charged for each successive monthly period at the prevailing subscription rate until you cancel the Monthly Subscription renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscription Renewals:

• To cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal, send a cancellation request at least two weeks in advance to igbssolutions@web.de, and we will promptly terminate your subscription.
