The use of services provided by igbssolution.com establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service.

By placing an order with igbssoltuion.com, you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service weather you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

1. No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. 

Everything is always clarified in advance and what the service includes and what will be delivered.

You accept that once we start the service we will not issue any refunds.

2. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

3. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions

4. By confirming your subscription, you agree that Igbssolution will charge your card for these and future payments in accordance with the terms of use. All subscriptions made are paid in advance on a month-to-month basis. The customer agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and automatically renewed. In the event of a declined payment, the subscription will be canceled immediately and the customer will not be able to use the subscribed service. All subscriptions or purchases are non-refundable. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. 

5. Deletion of Engagement

No refund will be provided if the client is found deleting delivered views, likes, comments, and/or engagement of any form. If such is reported, no compensation or refund will be provided.

 

6. Amount of Engagement

No refund will be provided if the amount of the engagement given in the product description (PREMIUM and AUTO DROP service) is not accomplished. The service relates exclusively to the manual (PREMIUM) or automated (AUTO DROP) publication of your contributions by our groups. The described engagement is only the highest possible result that can arise from it. All engagement pools are free to try before purchase and therefore no refunds will be given for unexpected results.

 

7. Engagement Services

Services that involve improving engagement and/or are of subscription type can only be refunded ONLY if you haven't posted or received likes or comments from our service yet. By purchasing such services you automatically agree to not run any third-party engagement improvement campaigns.

8. Delivery Speed

Because these are 100% real likes and comments and due to the nature of this service the engagement will not start instantly. Depending on the time-zone, day of the week and various other factors people will start engaging on your post. However, they will be promoted as soon as you post them. Depending on the quantity purchased it can take several hours or more for completion. No refund will be made if you feel the Service are taking too long until delivered.
